the death of the construction if you want to apply both the old and new fashion construction management. if you do so, i’m almost sure you will get overtime and overbudget with reduced quality and scope.

maybe a software application like clarizen could be a good solution? but, on my opinion, some old-fashioned site manages, foremen may be reluctant to use this kind of tool, which means it requires some investment of efforts at the initial period.

is there a white paper that suggests a tool and the measures taken in using a tool that lets everybody collaborate and have real time updates available?
