hi

iam using loe in my baseline to load the 世界杯时间比赛时间 on this activity but , it gives me long original duration ,
for example i make loe for concrete works , i link ss with first activities in the schedule and ff with last activity in the schedule , and it is still give me long duration
and it is not give me the update automatically while i check the auto compute actual

pls assist me solving this error

why not just leave the activity as is? you could use the “suspend” feature of p6. i do see value in adding the additional activity for the delay as there is some task(s) that need to be complete before the work can commence. but if added as an fs relationship it would simply show that work has stopped, is now waiting on additional work (the delay activity) before it can resume. looking at the schedule one would see that some work had started, is now not being exectuted, but is schedule to commence in the future. it is still one activity with a gap in the middle.

any cahnce of a bar that moves with the current date. otherwise i’ll have to remember to progress it through.for those who need a long project. just change the range in the date area to increment higher than 1 day….helped me
