i also have another question on summary line (wbs line), how can i know which calendar is used for summary line if activities inside that summary line are used different calendars.

hi michael,
is there any reason why i should have my major milestones calendar match my activity calendar? i have always set my milestone calendar to 7x24. my activity calendar will vary between 1 & 2- 10 hour shifts, 5-7 days a week.

we are having a similar issue where in the p6 application at the wbs summary level, no of hours are different and in the database for same wbs no of hours are different.

calendars are actually assigned to each activity – on the general tab for the activity. you have to make the change there, for each activity. you can also do a fill down to help you do this quickly, rather than 1 activity at a time. here’s how: //www.deco-dalles.com/primavera-p6-fill-down/
