the file parser functionality looks great, could you update to excel 2010?
when i run in 2010 i get a vba compile error cant find project or library, stopping at – sub processxerfile() if (trim(sxerfilename) = “”) then.

hi
i’ve imported the xer into the parser and removed rates and coss data and rebuilt the xer. when importing the modified xer into another primavera instance, i get avaao-3946-0 error and thus have to exit primavera.
any thoughts as to why i’m getting this error and how it can be resolved.

i will add this to my tutorial list. for now, i’d like you to read this article over at paul harris’ site http://eastwoodharris.com/dl/tp/110616_p6_v7_what_baseline_bars_am_i_displaying.pdf . i think this issue is revolved by changing and admin setting called “earned value calculation – when calculating earned value from a baseline use”. you’ll want to have it set to “budget values with current dates” or “at completion values with current dates.”

i looking for an detail tutorial regarding how to set the current updated programme (which has activity actual start date & finish date) as the revised project baseline,where
1. percentage complete type is duration%
2.duration type is fixed duration & units

when we set the current updated programme as revised baseline.the planned start & finish dates of the activity started & completed is not same of actual start & finish(currently i am running global change to fix it),moreover the activity % of activity progress get reduce when we adjust the remaining duration & relationship to get the current forecast dates as percentage complete type is duration%.,
if you provide detail tutorial regarding the above said in your website it will be useful to all planners
