the xer file i downloaded from your site works exactly as needed. however, i have tried to do the same in one of my schedules and followed your instructions exactly but do not get the same results. unlike in your project, when i progress the predecessor in my schedule the loe activity shows no corresponding percent complete and consequently no “resource credit”. i just can’t figure out what i’m doing wrong. any clues?

how do you set loe when you have a crew size ie 10 people, in the example you have added total hours per resource how many 世界杯时间比赛时间 per activity did this example comprise , as well do you have to nominate a start and finish date per activity.

sometime you might just want a loe to be spread over the entire project for such things as supervision or general conditions. if you assign as resource to a a loe make sure to assign a curve to the loe resource or it will stack your units and or costs one on day. the spread will not be correct if you do not do this.

thanks .. its quite useful..but one thing i want to check with you that if you record the activity percentage complete on the loe bar on each activity..because i use exactly same for my project and i used steps on loe bars..
