the formula syntax, in your example would be, at its simplest, =networkdays(e9,f9,1) and so forth copied all the way down, which would exclude saturdays and sundays (the 1 in the formula string) – there are 16 other options in excel but most popular would be “1” to exclude sat/sun, “11” to exclude sunday only and “17” to exclude saturday only.
in addition to excluding weekends, the formula string can be extended to include a determined range of dates somewhere on your workbook which lists all public holidays also to be excluded from the calculation

this is a good way to communicate registered delays.
one thing that would be useful to align each line item to a wbs/work-package/schedule id.
