  1. ensure cost-loaded schedule:<\/strong> confirm that your primavera p6 schedule has all necessary costs assigned.<\/li>\n
  2. export resource assignment data<\/a>:<\/strong> navigate to resource assignment, select all data, and copy it into an excel sheet.<\/li>\n
  3. configure export settings:<\/strong>\n

    1. group & sort: set to \u201cnone\u201d<\/li>\n
    2. spreadsheet field: choose \u201cbudgeted cost\u201d<\/li>\n
    3. filters: omit filters if only costs are assigned<\/li>\n
    4. columns: include \u201cactivity id,\u201d \u201cactivity name,\u201d and \u201cresource id\u201d\n
